Hey girls! Me and Alice are looking for a third gal to join us in our gorgeous 3-bed house in East London for a year (with the option to extend)! We’re both 26, have been friends for years and lived together for the past 2 years. We work in documentaries & charity and we’re ideally looking for someone 25-30 who is also on the same 9-5 schedule

It’s a 3 bed house right near Mile End station, and we’re moving in on 26th Sept - we’d all be moving in together so we have the chance to make it our own with lots of nice books, plants, prints etc

The room is £950 + bills, available from 26th Sept, and comes fully furnished. The flat has a big living room, two bathrooms, a separate kitchen, and (!!what we’re most excited for) a garden (which we will be sprucing up in time for bbq & tanning season…)

The house is in the perfect spot - 2 min from Mile End station (Central line), 10 mins to Bow, and a 15-min walk to Stepney Green (District, H&C, Circle). We’ve lived down the road for the past two years and absolutely love the area. Loads of pubs and cafs nearby, plus the canal, Mile End Park and Viccy Park - morning walks, pub quizzes, weekend drinks etc etc - you know the vibesss.

We love to have friends over for dins, go to events/ festivals, but also have very chilled evenings yapping, watching tv & crafting lol (need to fight the Sunday scaries somehow)
