Bright and spacious room in mile end 🏡

We have a bedroom opening up in our lovely home avail from oct 4.

This is a generally upbeat and social house, we enjoy doing things together such as cooking, games, dinner parties and listening to music.
We're 1 guy and 2 girls, all professionals between the ages of 27-30. We value having own personal space and downtime as well as hanging out. Looking for someone easy-going, friendly and responsible :)

We have all the usual amenities plus a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble-dryer. Plus a garden and spacious patio. Comfy living room with some antique furniture collected over the years.


30 second walk from Mile End tube station.

10 minute walk to the Victoria Park, the canals, Roman Road.


8 minute tube to Liverpool Street/ Shoreditch.

20 minute tube to Central/ Oxford Circus.


VERY IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE !
-This is not a quiet house, we do not recommend this room for anyone who needs silence or is a light sleeper !!!

-Please do not apply if you work from home ! (sorry, no exceptions).


- Price is not including bills, which are about £150.
-A rent review happens every October
-Room comes unfurnished
 but previous flatmate is looking to sell bed & desk
-No pets
-No couples
