East London Room with a Balcony 🌞

Hey girls! We’re looking for a late 20's/early 30's female to join our lovely East London home!

Rent is £575 per month with bills on top. Usually around £750 all in.

The House: 3-storeys, 4-bedrooms. You'll love the huge garden, which gets lots of sun in the summer and our cute and cosy living room, fully equipped kitchen and large bathroom.

We have a cleaner who comes twice a month, but we all pitch in to keep our space tidy and homely + The house is a 5 min walk away from Mile End station and a 10 min walk away from Victoria Park - a DREAMY location if you ask us.

The Room: a double room on our middle floor that comes with its own balcony that faces the garden. It comes fit with a double bed and mattress, a huge wardrobes bedside table and a chest of drawers. There’s also space for your own desk.

The Housemates: You'd be joining wonderful gals in their late 20s- early 30s (Libby, Film) (Becca, Sustainability) (Ashlee, Music), all professionals. We moved in together as randoms and have now become friends. We enjoy hosting housemate Xmas dinners, summer BBQs, and pres for events like All Points East. We love to hang out together, but we also respect each other's privacy and have our own social lives.
