Hello everyone,
We are looking for a flatmate (no couples) who can join us soon.
The property is located near Mile End station. This area is incredibly well connected: plenty of tube lines stop here; there are various bus lines going towards different directions, and streets are equipped with cycling lanes. There are a few supermarkets nearby (i. e. Lidl, Tesco, Sainsbury's, and Co-op) as well as small shops on both sides of the building; there is a sporting centre, a lovely walk by Regent's Canal, and a few green areas for your spare time and recharge your batteries.
The room is furnished with a double bed, two wardrobes, a desk, and a chair.
All the bills (and wi-fi) are included in the rent.
Your cut per month is going to be between £700 and £725-750 (you'll have to negotiate this with our estate agency).
We are looking for someone nice, very clean, proactive and willing to cooperate, polite, respectful and (especially) not noisy. Our tenancy agreement does not allow smoking/vaping or (sadly) pets.
All the rooms are not well insulated from sound. We try to make life easy for each other by not making too much noise and, as a consequence, not throwing any parties or letting partners stay for more than one night. Again, the room is not for couples. We are looking for someone who does not work at night since noise will probably disrupt others' sleep and have a knock-on effect on their well-being.
The property is a two-story building; the room is on the first floor, the view is amazing (Mile End park), and there is a toilet on every floor. This means you'd be sharing a toilet with only another person—the flatmate who lives on the first floor. In case of emergencies, you'd be free to use the other bathroom.
