Looking for a new flatmate at our lovely E3 house ASAP!
In the house currently we're all girls between 24-31 and my housemates would prefer that the new tenant is the same/similar. We're all pretty clean and considerate housemates. We're also on the do-your-own-thing side of the spectrum as we're on pretty different schedules but everyone is super friendly, the vibe is nice and we do sometimes go for a pint together.
House is a 5min walk from Mile End station (central & district lines) and 10min walk from the beautiful Victoria Park.
Room is £950 including all bills. No living room, one shared bathroom and a small garden. A cleaner cleans the common areas once a month ish (no extra cost).
About the Area:
- 20 min walk, <10 min bus to Lidl
- Coop and Sainsbury's Local 5 mins walk
- 10 min walk to Victoria Park
- Less than 5 mins from several bus stops.
- Lots of restaurants nearby and some v nice pubs.
- No pets allowed.
- No couples
- WFH friendly
- room for bikes in the garden
The property is managed by Five Pillars Property Agency. To secure the room they require first months rent £950 + a deposit of £950 also.
The landlord/agency does not accept housing benefits or universal credit. The housing agency also requires bank statements/payslips/work contract for proof of income and a landlord reference if you've rented before.
Contract is for 6 months initially and then rolling.
I am available during the week for viewings.
