Room available in quiet sunny flat East London

I am finalising writing up my PhD and looking to rent the second room (of a three bedroom flat) as shown in pictures. You would have access to your own bathroom and there is a small desk in the room with loads of storage space and more in the corridor for suitcases etc). The middle room would kept as an office for my partner and as a guest bedroom for friends and family.

There is a large kitchen and living room space with all amenities: dishwasher, dryer, washing machine, fridge /freezer, microwave and oven. The room will have access to your own bathroom with shower bath as pictured.
It is a very quick 5 minute walk to either Bow or Mile End station and is so well connected. We are right next to the canal, Victoria Park and Tower Hamlets Cemetery. We overlook the complex communal garden and so the flat is very quiet. Just across the street from Queen Mary University. I can be at LSE/ King's in 30 minutes door to door.

My partner is an immigration lawyer working with asylum cases (we are Palestinian and English and speak Arabic, English, French and Spanish), he comes for half of the week and will move in full time in March. We are both 34.

We are warm and friendly (social justice and left wing values) and we would expect the person interested to be the same. It is super important the flat is kept clean.

I like to cook and often work from home.
