I’m subletting my quiet, cosy 1-bed flat in Mile End, just a 10-minute walk from Mile End tube (Central, District, H&C lines). The price is low because the dates are pretty fixed and I’m looking for someone who’ll be a good fit and treat the place respectfully. It's already an Airbnb so the place is laid out for guests.

A contract will be provided to protect both parties.

Happy to call it £3,000 for the entire stay or £3,350 for a couple. There could be some flexibility in the dates, though we'd have to talk about it.
