Our flatmates are moving out and it is time to find some new friends to sign our next contract for 1 year which can be renewed.
Open for a couple as well to take both rooms or someone who'd want to make the smaller room as a studio/office space.
We live in a spacious 4 bed, 1.5 bath house just off Roman Road. The location is very conveniently a 5 min walk to Victoria Park and a 10 min walk to mile end station. The iconic bus no.8 takes right into central London, connecting from Shoreditch, Liverpool street, Holborn and Oxford circus. We are lucky to have a spacious kitchen and living room and a decently sized balcony as well. The biggest green flag is our extremely understanding and prompt Landlord.
As a household, we are very flexible and like to give everyone their space. We have a cleaning rota which helps maintain the house regularly. We have a lot of storage space as well.
You would be living with me, Rosh, 25 works in accounting and Christopher, 29 works in arts for mental health.
The council tax is bracket C and bills are in between 80-100 each month.
We would love to get to know you, so feel free to reach out with a little gist about yourself and any question you may have.
