Hey! Me and my good friend victor are looking for a new housemate to move into our home in mile end. We have a furnished double room available from the 2nd of January for 780£ ( bills and council tax together are approx 50£ a month so it would all add up to about 850 pcm ).

The house is a 5 minute walk from mile end station ( central, district and Hammersmith and city line ) you can get to Liverpool street station in 15 minutes. We also have mile end park and Victoria park very near by.
We have a nice sized kitchen and living room, one toilet and one bathroom/toilet as well as a few spacious storage cupboards.

We are both 25 year old queer musicians and love spending time together going to our local pub ( with banging Thai food ) having movie nights and making meals ( Victor is Italian 👨‍🍳) . We would love to have people of a similar age and vibe join us!
