Hi everyone! We’re looking for a friendly flatmate to join our 3 bed flat in Mile End. Official move-in date is 19 Dec.
About the flat
About 5 mins walk from the Mile End tube station, and super close to Mile End Park, Victoria Park, and tons of shops. It’s a lovely area!
We’re working directly with the landlord (no agents!!) and he is very nice and responsive. He has purchased a lot the furniture from the previous tenant to keep the flat nicely furnished for us :) The only catch is the landlord is requiring 3 months rent upfront (honestly not bad for renting in London as students 🙃) After that it will be monthly!

Rent is £950/month and bills are expected to be around £100/month.

We’re both students - I’m 26 and getting my masters in health policy at LSE and Ashling is 23 and will be starting a masters in Law in January.
We’re mainly looking for someone friendly and respectful to join our home.
