4 bed maisonette with spacious living room and kitchen, roughly 7 mins walk between Mile End and Bow Road tube stations and 15 mins to Bow Church (DLR) and many convenient bus stops 5/10 mins from flat. Walking distance to lots of restaurants, shops and parks. 15 minute walk to Victoria Park. The neighbourhood is really peaceful but you’re only 2 minutes walk away from 3 pubs and the high street and Roman Road are equally less than 10 mins walk so you’re never far from entertainment. Perfect balance of having a social life but never worrying about noisy neighbours.

There’s 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub upstairs and an additional toilet downstairs. The flat is fully furnished though if you want to bring furniture there should be room.

We all have busy social lives and work hybrid days at home and the office. We enjoy chatting about the dire straits of dating life in London and what’s on your Netflix list. We enjoy hanging out together but also fully respect when you need some personal time, so looking for someone to match that energy.

The flat is really homey and doesn’t take much to feel cosy. We have a dishwasher, microwave, decent size fridge/freezer and a cleaning rota to avoid fights about bins.
