There is plenty of storage for cooking equipment and food. I have a desk set up in the lounge for my work-from-home days, but it is tucked away and doesn’t intrude on the living space.

The apartment complex offers a communal rooftop terrace for all tenants and secure bicycle storage on the ground floor. All bills are included in the rent.
Also, the local pub is called rusty bike which is hands down the best Thai food you will ever eat.
The Living Situation
Currently, my flatmate is moving out to live with her boyfriend on 1st of March with her two cats, so they will be present during viewings. I plan to stay until June or July to move in with my girlfriend. When I move, you can choose who replaces me or leave it with the landlord. You could even choose to take over the larger ensuite room yourself at that time.

I am very clean, and I value cleanliness and consideration in a flatmate. I go into the office two or three times a week. Outside of work, I’m quite social and spend a lot of time with friends or walking in the local parks—Mile End Park, the Cemetery Park, and Victoria Park are all nearby. I also spend time at my girlfriend’s house; she will occasionally stay here, and I will be moving in with her around July.
