Sub Letting My Room

Hi, I’m looking to sublet my room in a 2-bed, 2-bath apartment.

This is a second bedroom in a 2B2B flat, with a fixed-term contract starting from 5 March for 6 months.
Short-term stays are not accepted, but renewal is possible.

Early move-in is available from late February (exact date negotiable).
Before move-in, I will make sure the room and all shared areas are fully cleaned and tidied, so you can move in with just your suitcase.

The room is furnished with a double-size bed, including a mattress and a wardrobe, offering plenty of storage — no additional furniture needed.

The flat is located in Mile End, East London (E3 4RR).
It is a 2B2B apartment, located on the third floor, with lift access and a rubbish chute.

You will have your own private bathroom, located about 2 metres outside the room, which is extremely convenient and feels almost like an en-suite.

Shared areas:
• Spacious living room with excellent natural light
• Kitchen with gas hob, oven, and washing machine, suitable for everyday cooking

Location & convenience:
• The building is situated between Mile End Park and the canal, very quiet and pleasant
• 5-minute walk to a small Chinese supermarket
• 10-minute walk to a large Lidl
• 10-minute walk to Mile End Underground Station
(Central / District / Hammersmith & City lines)
