Description
Hello! I’m moving out of my house, so there is a room available in my house after 1st April.
Location: Mile End/Bow. Quiet residential street.
Neighbourhood: 10 mins walk to Victoria Park, less to Roman Road. Lovely coffee/wine shop on the corner. 20 min walk to Lidl, 5 min walk to a Sainsbury’s Local and a Co-Op. Easy walk or bus to Hackney and Bethnal Green.
Current flatmates: 2 girls upstairs are in their early thirties with corporate jobs and 1 girl downstairs is early twenties working in the NHS. All lovely and friendly and very clean! Not partiers so it’s nice and calm.
Transport: 5 min walk from Mile End station on central and district lines. 2 mins from a bus stop on the 277, 425 and D6 routes and 8-10 min walk from bus stop on the 8 route to tottenham court road. So quick and easy to get places!
The house: Shared kitchen, one shared bathroom and a little garden too. No living room. Lots of storage and cupboards. The room is the smallest in the house and therefore the cheapest rent, but there’s enough room to get a desk in there and some shelves etc, plus there storage space under the bed. The room comes furnished with the bed and mattress, and the big wardrobe unit.
Any Qs please message and we can arrange a viewing! The existing flatmates would prefer a girl in their twenties to thirties who is friendly and tidy. Some of the house is LGBT so new tenants must be LGBT+ friendly.
