2 Rooms Available, Mile End £800 pcm + *around £100 bills * Available from 26th March

I’m looking for two people to move into the spare rooms in my flat in Mile End from 26th March. Rent is £800 per month per room, with bills averaging around £100 per month.

Room 2 can comfortably fit a double bed

The living room is currently a bit of a blank canvas, so we’ll get to turn it into a proper cosy living space together — think sofas, film nights, shared dinners and the occasional bottle of wine.

A bit about me:
I’m 27 and work in hospitality at a well rated bar in Central London, so I’m often working evenings mixing cocktails and chatting nonsense. When I’m not working, I’m usually running, going to the gym, cycling around London, cooking, drawing, or checking out some of my favourite East London bars and restaurants.

I’m social, but I also really value having my own space and downtime.

What I’m looking for:
Ideally people around a similar age (mid 20s to early 30s) who are also in their “retired partier" era sociable but not looking for a full blown party house.

I’d love housemates who are:

- Friendly and easy to live with

- Happy to occasionally hang out (film nights, shared dinners, wine & a chat)

- Respectful of each other’s space

- Naturally tidy, no cleaning rota, just a mutual understanding to keep the place nice

I’m open to any gender. If you’re also a bit neurospicy, that’s a bonus, and we can absolutely stim in solidarity, but it’s definitely not a requirement.

More than anything, I’d love this to feel like a proper home where we actually get along, share the odd debrief about our days, and enjoy living together.
