Room available – Tenancy Takeover Until 31 August

Hi! I’m Nate, and I’m looking for someone to take over my room as I’ll be going abroad for my final semester at university. The tenancy runs until 31st August 2026.

You’ll be living with three friendly girls who all attend university in Stratford. The house is split across two floors, with one bedroom on the ground floor and three upstairs.

About the room & house:
Spacious bedroom overlooking the back garden (nice and quiet!)
1.5 bathrooms – full bathroom upstairs + separate toilet downstairs
Good-sized kitchen with individual shelf space for each housemate
Shared freezer space
Access to a garden at the back of the house

Who we’re looking for:
We’d love someone aged 19–23 who is:
Friendly and sociable
Clean and respectful
Easygoing with a good sense of humour

(In the photos I have featured all photos of common shared areas and the room available with photos before I added all my belongings and after to show how it looks properly moved in!)

Council tax Band C (if your are not a student)

You don’t have to be a student, but you will need to pass referencing so the tenancy can be transferred into your name for the remainder of the contract.
