Spare room going in Mile End (literally by the station, so you can pretend you’re the kind of person who’s always “just 10 minutes away”).

You’d be living with two others - one professional, one actor. The house is queer, relaxed, and friendly.

The room’s in a quiet little pocket just off the main bits, so you get the wonderful wee combo of actual peace without being stranded. Plus with two huge windows you’ll get the sun all day. The room comes furnished with a bookshelf, a wardrobe, bed, mattress and chest of drawers!

East London is on your doorstep, central is easy, and if you’ve got a bike you’ll be everywhere in 20–30 minutes maximum!!

There’s also a genuinely lovely garden big, green, and it’s a proper sun trap.

Looking for someone tidy-ish, easygoing, and up for the occasional kitchen chat or shared drink, but equally respectful of space. No weird vibes.
