💛 Room in all girl house in Mile End/Bow 💛

Move in date from the 14th of May £650pcm + bills!

Hiya gals! One of us is moving out, so we’re looking for a new 5th housemate in our lovely and good vibes little place- she doesn’t look like much, but she is definitely home! 💛

✨About us: We’re a mix of girls from all over, very multicultural and super friendly! In the house at the moment we have: a super smart PhD student from Mexico, an Italian/Indian fashion icon working in environmental justice, a singer songwriter working in the music biz from up north, and an actor (with a hospo side job) from the countryside southwest.
We'd love to find a gal ideally around 25-28, but can be a bit flexible on age 🫶 We are happy with either someone doing further studies or a working professional.

🍿 We're a pretty chilled out household and all have our own busy lives so respect each others space, but we also all get along really well so make an effort to hang out when we can; think working from home in the living room together, movie nights, outings like karaoke or a pub trip, or just a chat, dinner, drinks and debrief in the kitchen! We’d love for someone to come in and feel like it’s their home straight away as well, and the house would suit someone similar who enjoys socialising but also time for themself.

🌳 Location is an 8 min walk to both Mile End and Bow Road stations, with shops like Sainsbury’s and Tesco even closer. A short walk the other way will take you to Roman Road, which has a lush market, more shops and a bunch of cute coffee spots to choose from. There’s also a leisure centre, Lidl, a big Tesco, and DLR station a bit further of a walk away. Also super close are various parks and the canal (super nice in the summer), which you can follow along to Victoria Park ☀️

🏡 The house itself has a massive kitchen, large living room and 1.5 bathrooms (aka a full bathroom + another separate toilet) as well as loads of storage and a little garden (needs a bit of tlc) out front! The room available also has a big cupboard just outside in the hall to act as a wardrobe. The area is next to a school, so it always feels safe, and if a pub eve is your thing, there’s plenty just a stone's throw away.

As said above, the room is available from the 14th of May, and is £650pcm + bills that average between £50-£65 depending on the time of year (excluding council tax- Band C).
