I’m looking for someone to take over a double room with a private bathroom in a lovely furnished flat just 3 minutes from Mile End station.

📅 Availability: May 27th to June 26th - with the option to take over the tenancy from June 27th onwards
💷 Rent: £950 + ~£125 bills
🛏️ Furnished: Yes (you will need you own mattress)

The flat is spacious and fully furnished, with plenty of room to make it your own. There’s also space to set up a desk if you work from home. (I currently WFH and can also sell my desk from end of June if helpful!)

📍 Location highlights:

* 3-minute walk to Mile End station (Central, District, and Hammersmith & City lines)
* 1 stop to Stratford (Westfield)
* ~40 min walk to Canary Wharf
* ~45 min walk to Shoreditch
* Walking distance to Mile End Park
* ~15 mins to Victoria Park

This is a short-term stay from the end of May until the end of June, but there is the option to take over the tenancy (subject to a new agreement with the agency), where rent will increase to £2,200 for the flat. You will then be able to find a new flatmate to share with if desired.

The current flatmate is moving out, and I’ll also be relocating at the end of June due to the rent increase — otherwise I’d happily stay, as it’s a great flat in an amazing location.
