I’m looking for someone to replace me in a five person houseshare in Mile End/Bow, located 7 mins walk from Mile End station (Central & District line). The local area is exceptionally green, with Victoria Park 15 mins away and the gorgeous Tredegar Square less than 2 mins round that corner. There are several fantastic local pubs (The Lord Tredegar and The Morgan Arms) in the radius of the house, and Stratford is only 15 minutes away by tube.

The house itself is a four story townhouse with a back garden, small front basement patio and on road parking. The available room is located on the 2nd floor.

There are two toilets and there is a spacious open plan kitchen/living room on the basement level. There is additional storage space available under the stairs.

Other tenants are friendly and communicative, and ages range from mid twenties to early thirties. Constanca is a film graduate currently working as a nanny, Vas is an electronic music aficionado and expert dj who throws club nights and community events alongside his dayjob, and Joel is a freelance musician and maths tutor. Occasionally Joel has bandmates over to practice but I’ve never been disturbed by them!

We’re currently also filling another, larger room in the house - dm if it’s of interest.

Rent is £850/month plus approx £100/month in bills. Council tax band F.

I’m looking for someone to move in late June or early July.

Please note - the deposit is £1,250, rather than the amount on the listing, as we split the deposit equally between all the rooms (which vary in price).
