Double room available for rent in Mile End. The flat is originally a 2-bed flat but the living room is used as a bedroom to keep the rent low.

The available room is the converted living room which opens up to a south-facing garden. The room + the garden with a small porch would be all yours. The flat is available starting from the 1st of March. The price will be £850/month inclusive of bills.

The flat comes with a shared kitchen, bathroom, a south-facing garden, and its own parking space. The flat is on the ground floor in a gated housing complex.

You will be living with me (33 y. o. architect + engineer) and my current flatmate (33 y. o. nursery teacher). We both are interested in exercise, cider, movies, series, and just overall being nice and friendly in the flat.

The flat is a 10-15 minute walk to the underground (Mile End station) and overground (Devon's road or Westferry). Also an 8-minute walk to a large Lidl and a smaller Tesco.

The flat isn't a party place since my flatmate and I enjoy keeping the flat quiet and as a place to be able to relax in after a long day of work. It's more of really just a place to go home to for rest, cooking, and quiet sleep. We enjoy having a chat together but also respect each other's personal time and space.
