Looking for someone lovely to join our flat in Mile End, right by the station (Central + District/Hammersmith & City lines), so you’re 10-15 minutes from Liverpool Street, Shoreditch or Canary Wharf, while still getting the quieter, green feel of Mile End Park and the canal on your doorstep.
The room’s available now and the tenancy runs through end of October, but can be extended as well. Ideal if you want a short term or long term let!
Rent is £710 pcm for the room, or £750-780 pcm with all bills included (gas, electric, water, wifi).
It’s a relaxed, easy-going household. We keep things tidy and get on well, but nobody’s precious about it. Happy to help you settle in if you’re new to the area.
