Bright Double in LGBT+ Mile End House

Our housemate is moving out, so we're looking for a someone to move into the a bright, double room in our friendly LGBT+ house in Mile End.

We're looking for someone as soon as possible, to confirm this week and move in on or before August 20th.

Rent is £890/ month, plus £150/month for bills.

About the housemates:
Trish (he/him) 29, works in comms at a local council
Jessie (she/her) 27, works in the charity sector

We enjoy a good good exhibition/talk/film/gig/food. Jessie loved hosting BBQs in the garden, and we all like to catch up in the living room over tea.

Looking for:
We’re a queer household and welcome other queers. We're looking for women non-binary or trans-femme people. We've set the age range as 22 - 35 but that's just a guide, vibes are more important than age. We're prefer someone veggie or vegan, but it's not a dealbreaker.
No cis men, couples, or short-term tenants please.

Mile End station (District, Central, Hammersmith & City lines) is a 7 minute walk away.
Devons Rd (DLR) is a 15 minute walk away.

Furniture:
The room comes with a double bed & mattress, chest of drawers, wardrobe and bedside cabinet.

Amenities:
Lidl is a 12 minute walk away, Mile End park and Tower Hamlets Cemetary park are both a 3 minute walk away.

Parking & bike storage:
Bikes can be stored in the garden or hallway; there is free, secure parking behind the building.
