My housemate is moving out for work, so I’m looking for someone to take her room from early October.
En-suite double room in a two-bed, first-floor gated apartment. £1150 a month plus bills (roughly £100 to £125 each). Long-term, agreed with the landlord. Three minutes’ walk from Mile End Station, seven from Bow Road.
About the room:
First floor, facing the gated area, with a double bed, chest of drawers, and a private en-suite.
About the flat:
Spacious, with a big living room and a second bathroom alongside the en-suite. There’s also a lovely balcony overlooking the courtyard, which gets good sun in the afternoon.
About Me:
Kieran (he/him, 25). I’m an accountant and mainly into tennis, the gym, and going out.
About You:
24-33, Queer or Queer Friendly, Tidy Out-Going Professional.
Viewings: Happening over the next two weeks, with me and the current housemate.
Tenancy: You’d be on the tenancy agreement, 6 month minimum contract.
