Double room available in Mile End

Looking for someone to take our room in a brilliant house share in Mile End. The room is a great size, has high ceilings, 2 windows, a view of Mile End park, and lots of natural light.

The house is a 5 minute walk from Mile End Station, inside Mile End Park. I can confidently say it is a top location, close to nice cafes, green spaces, shops, and Mile End climbing wall and saunas. The street has a lovely community feel. It is only a 10 minute walk from Victoria Park.

The house is a three bed, victorian terrace house with generous proportions, a warm feel and a garden. The housemates are 29 and 42 - and would like to keep around that range. We have a homely feeling and ask that anyone interested would be tidy, clean and considerate. We're a social gang and love bday parties, BBQs and dinners, but tend to take late night loud partying to locations outside of the house, and like to be respectful of each other's sleep.

We’re open to messages from guys, girls, couples and all in between. However, our landlord has stipulated they will not be accepting students given the short turnaround for financial checks. Apologies to those of which this applies to.

The move in date is the 14th September. We will be doing viewings on the week beginning 17th August.
