We are looking for a third person for a tenancy replacement. This is a 3 bedroom apartment, right by Mile End Park. It's located very close to the city; takes abut 20 minutes to go to the City of London.
The apartment is on the fourth floor, and gets lots of light. The room is west-facing, and is really pleasant in the summer. The bathroom is shared with one other person.
At the moment it is occupied by myself, and Julian. We are both working professionals, aged 29 and 30. Move-in date is flexible.
Bills are not included, and they are roughly as follows:
Council Tax - £62.33
Wifi - £12.66
Energy - £35-35
Water - £10
