Sunny homely three-bed in Mile End

Hi! I’m one of the current housemates and I’m posting this ad as my flatmate is moving out so we’re looking for someone lovely to take over her room. Ideally, we’re looking for someone to move in on or after 11th October.

The house
The house is within walking distance of Mile End station (Zone 2), with three Tube lines and plenty of buses making it very easy to get around London. There are also lots of green spaces nearby including Mile End Park, Victoria Park and Tower Hamlets Cemetery Park. The house also has a back garden which is especially nice in the warmer months.

The house has three bedrooms, a spacious living room and well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine and a full-size fridge. There are two bathrooms, one of which is shared by two people on the floor where the advertised room is located.

The room
The room is spacious, bright and furnished with double bed and mattress, large desk, bedside table, big wardrobe, chest of drawers, bookshelf/storage unit. The room faces south so it gets a lot of sunlight throughout the day.

The flatmates
The current flatmates are two professionals in late 20s and 30s. One is a civil servant and the other one is a researcher. We respect our own time and commitments, while also enjoying time together. We would like the new housemate to be responsible and tidy. We operate on a cleaning rota and would like to keep it going. It is important for us that the new housemate is respectful and open to communication.

Bills are not included in the rent. They are sorted by the housemates and come to around £150 per month.
