We’re two Italian working professionals who have been happily living together here for the past 5 years, along with our little kitten Frida 🐱. One of our friends is now moving on, so we’re looking for a new flatmate to join our home.

• 8 minutes’ walk from Mile End station
• 2 minutes from the gym
• Lidl and plenty of shops nearby
• A lovely walk to Victoria Park 🌿

🏡 The house:
We have a separate kitchen, a spacious living room and a garden, perfect for summer BBQs and drinks outside 🍻. There’s also a toilet on the ground floor, while the 3 bedrooms and main bathroom are upstairs, with plenty of storage space.

🛏️ The room:
The bedroom comes fully furnished, and the landlord is happy to provide new cupboards if you need some extra storage.

💷 The advertised price includes: rent + council tax + water.
WiFi and electricity are not included.
