Nice double room short walk from mile end station

A furnished double room (3m x 3. 4m)is available in this great house. You will be sharing with 2 others, 1 Australian and 1 Kiwi. The house has a small rear garden enough room for a BBQ and a few mates. The kitchen is reasonably new and includes a dishwasher. There is a large shared lounge room and a bathroom and second toilet. The current flatmates enjoy socialising and a few drinks on weekends but are generally quiet through the week. We occasionally have small parties/BBQ's especially over summer. We would like our new house mate to be similar. The house is about 5min walk from Mile End tube with the Central, District and Hammersmith & City line and several busses into Central London (25, 205.) The 277 to Islington via Hackney and Dalston stops about 2min away. The 8 to Central London via Brick Lane and Shoreditch also stops nearby.  Victoria Park is about a 5 min walk as well as some very nice pubs.
