This house is an absolute gem, located in a quiet cul-de-sac backing on to Mile End Park. Transport-wise it is situated less than a minute's walk from Mile End tube (Central, District and H&C lines) as well as a plethora of buses including 25 (City-Holborn-Oxford Circus), D7 via Canary Wharf and 205 (City-Angel-Baker St/Regents Park-Paddington/Hyde Park). Just to name a few! These links mean that commuting to work in almost any area of London from this property is feasible. There is also a bank of 'Boris Bikes' just over the road.

The street on which the house is located is also adjacent to Regents' Canal, along which it is a five minute walk to the massive (and gorgeous) Victoria Park and a fifteen minute walk to Broadway Market in London Fields. Generally the house is ideally located for access to areas such as Shoreditch, Hoxton, and Hackney.

The room available is situated on the ground floor and is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table/chest of drawers, and a full-size mirror. It also features a fireplace with a mantlepiece that can double as a large shelf and real wood flooring which adds to the cozy feel.

The house boasts a large and long kitchen/living/dining area, as well as two bathrooms with showers. The pièce de résistance is most definitely the fully decorated basement serving as a second living area, which features a flatscreen TV. The back doors also open out onto a medium-sized garden deck, which is ideal for relaxing on over sunny weekends.

In terms of shops/supermarkets, the house is served by a Budgens just at the end of the street, a Tesco Express five minutes' walk towards Bow, a small Sainsbury's five minutes in the other direction, a big Sainsbury's 15 minute's walk (or five minute's bus journey) up towards Whitechapel, and Lidl on the other end of Mile End Park.

Deposit for this room is one month's rent, and bills are included in the rent figure listed above.

The existing housemates are all friendly, outgoing young professionals, and the house would be ideal for an incomer who meets this spec. Ideally we're looking for another guy to replace the outgoing person, but we're welcoming responses from both male and female potential housemates.
