Lovely Girly Houseshare Victorian Terrace MileEnd

Two young(ish!) professional ladies looking for a new girly to share our lovely Victorian terrace on a beautiful quiet street in Mile End.

The room is a medium sized fully furnished first floor double, with built in wardrobe. The rest of the house has a Spacious Modern bathroom complete with power shower and roof sky light! There is a Large first floor shared living room which is really light with a sofa bed for guests, and the kitchen has all required appliances and with a table to seat four. There is a washer and dryer in the utility cupboard upstairs.

Great location, the house is well connected it is a 7 minute walk from Mile End tube and is also just off roman road where many buses including buses 8 to Liverpool street and tott court road and 277 to canary wharf stop. Roman Road market is great for a weekend rummage as are the nearby Columbia Road flower market and Broadway food market on a Saturday. There are shops, cool pubs, restaurants, cafés, a gym and cinema all within walking distance and the lovely Victoria Park is our back yard!

The existing housemates are Emma and Kathryn. Emma is a manager in retail and Kathryn works in PR. We are a chilled household but like going out and socialising too! Looking for a nice housemate who is up for joining in for occasional cooking/ telly nights/ trips to the pub/ cinema but can also respect others space and do their own thing. Must be clean and considerate to others, we all pitch in with the housework!
