Double Room just a few minutes from the station

We’ll be waving goodbye to one of our flatmates so we’re in need of someone new. From the 1st of May, we’ve got a nice double room available with a view out across the city.

The room itself is furnished with a bed, bookshelf, dresser and built-in wardrobes. There’s a big window which gets all of the sun.

The flat is kitted out with all of the necessary features: two bathrooms, shower/bath, wooden floors, fridge/freezer, big ol’ television. The landlord’s really good but he has given us one stipulation, which is we’re not allowed to bring in students. The deposit is just a month’s rent, paid to the person departing.

We’re a few minutes’ walk from Mile End station, meaning that you have easy access to the central and district lines, as well as loads of buses which makes commuting easy. There’s lots of local shops for buying bits and pieces as well as a number of parks, gyms, pubs and other restaurants which let us lead such fun and exciting lives.

The current inhabitants are two guys and a girl. With one other girl leaving, we’re looking for a female flatmate to keep the balance. We’re all young professionals with various professions, with an age range of 23-26. With a love of terrible television and cheap wine, we’d like to think that we’re close to being regular functioning people. If you think you’re a pretty normal, fun person, then get in touch today!
