KITCHEN - large kitchen to the rear of the house. Well equipped.

PATIO & GARDEN - great in the summer. Ideal for BBQs and the like.

DOUBLE BEDROOM - ample size. There's a bed, table and drawer unit, which I'm happy to leave. Can be removed if desired.

BATHROOM - shared between two.

LARGE BASEMENT - loads of space downstairs; plenty of room for storage. Currently being used as a gym, but can be adapted to suit.

SKY TV & BROADBAND - Sky TV can be kept or removed from bedroom.
