Two Large Cosy Double Bedrooms near Mile End and V

Hi, sadly three of us are leaving the beautiful and friendly house we live in at the end of September . I am looking for a few honest and outgoing people to move in.

The house is a 2-floor house:
On the ground floor we have a big kitchen with dinning table and fully equipped, a toilet and the living room (big living room with 3 sofas and TV with free box) that leads to the garden.

Upstairs there are 3 rooms and the bathroom. Also there are 2 storage cupboards.

There are two rooms available: one for one person or a couple and one for one person.

The first room, is the biggest double room, with two wardrobes, bookshelf and a large desk. It has two big windows.

The second is a big double room, with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelves, a desk and bedside table. It has 2 big windows too.

There is a good Internet connexion and Wi-Fi.

The first room is 755 a month plus bills and the second is 595 a month plus bills. Bills might come in at 40 pounds max per month.

The nearest tube station is Mile End (7 minutes away), but the house is close to Bethnal Green, Bow Road and Bow Church as well. There are many buses stopping round the house's corner including 24-hour buses N8 and N277.

We are close to many amenities; Roman Road Market is 2 minutes away as well as Victoria Park with the brilliant cafe by the lake. Brick lane is 10 minutes away by bus and only 15 minutes away from Liverpool Street, Shoreditch, Old Street or Hackney.
