We're offering a large furnished double room for rent in a clean, friendly flat less than 5 minutes away from Mile End station.
The flat has an open plan kitchen/lounge area (an amazing view out of the kitchen window too) and a full bathroom upstairs and a second toilet downstairs.
It's in a great location, zone 2, with fantastic transport links to buses and tube stations; Mile End and Bow Road tube stations are less than a 5 minute walk away. For those of you who are in to sports and the gym, Mile End leisure centre is less than a 5 minute walk. Or if you prefer to be outside there are several parks in the area including Mile End Park, Millennium Park and Victoria Park. There's also several nice pubs within a 5 minute walk and plenty of places to eat out! A large Sainsbury's, large Tesco, large Lidl and a small convenience Tesco very close by, plus several convenience stores are also close by.
Sharing the flat with you will be 2 girls and a guy, all between the ages of 23 and 27. A very friendly and chilled out group, up for social evenings together but at the same time respectful of personal space when needed.
Ideally we are looking for someone who is relaxed but also clean and tidy.
Please note that students will not be accepted - sorry guys!
The room is available from the 1st October. The only extra payment aside from the £560 deposit is a £50 renewal fee for the contract.
