Huge room in beautiful house near Victoria Park

Hello,

We are looking for an awesome housemate to join us in our fantastic new duplex flat next to Victoria park.

The house is fully furnished, and pretty darn beautiful. There's a kitchen diner, Lounge, Garden (!), toilet downstairs and full bathroom upstairs. Take a look at the pics - they don't quite do it justice.
It feels very spacious and is located in Dethick court.

There is one room up for grabs. It's HUGE (really - it's enormous) and has loads of storage space, a double bed, desk, drawers and a giant bookshelf.

You'll be living with 3 others in total - the three of us there already are Katie, Simon and Simon (yes, it does get confusing!). We are all super chilled, love going out as much as we do chilling in the house and chatting with a record on.

We are looking for fun housemates who like to go out, do exciting things, go to the pub and also chill and chat in the house.
We all work normal hours so don't worry there won't be any crazy weekday parties.
Tidyness/Cleanliness is a must also!
