We're a social house and are looking for an easy going guy to join the crew. The ROOM is a huge double bedroom with a double bed, couch , fake fireplace(!), table and lots of space.

WHEN? You can move in from 6th September, the tenancy agreement is with an agency who we will put you in-contact with. They require up-front a £650 security deposit, £650 rent for the first month and a £200 admin fee. The are no bills on top of the £650 a month.

The FLAT is a is a 2nd story maisonette with a good sized bathroom and another toilet downstairs. There's a tonne of extra space with an under-stairs 'Harry Potter' cupboard.
The kitchen is the hub and has a table and chairs (there is no sitting room but this makes rent cheaper).

A bit about us, our friend Chris is moving out to leave one guy and two girls all in our 20s with 9-5 jobs. We enjoy going for drinks or nights out and our doors are always open for chats!

The AREA - we are just 5 minutes walk from Victoria Park which is great for everything including riding a big ass slide!
All your grocery and fried chicken needs are taken care of by Roman Road which has multiple stores, takeaways and really nice cafes. Three days a week there is a proper East End clothes market providing you with the best prices that a back of a lorry can provide.
A library is right next to us and gets you a discounted £5 cinema ticket for Rich Mix (among other things).

TRANSPORT is excellent!
We are 10 minutes walk from Mile End station which gives you Central, District & Hammersmith & City connections in to Central London.
Near our house 24 hour buses (No. 8) go straight to Bethnal Green in 10 minutes and Brick Lane/ Shoreditch in 20 minutes.
