Master bedroom in E3

Unfortunately I am having to relocate to North London for work so we are looking for a replacement.

It is the master bedroom in a four bedroom house just off roman road.

The house is a 10 min walk from mile end station (Central/district/h&c lines) and 2 mins from Roman Road (bus no. 8 and n8 to shore ditch).

We have two bathrooms, living room and kitchen/diner so lots of communal space. The house is really social and we rarely spend time in our rooms.

There are three guys living here at the moment and they are looking for some one looking for a home rather than a crash pad. Weekends are spent at the pub watching football or hanging out together.

We have a weekly cleaner and all pitch in for communal stuff. We each also pay £50/month into a joint account to cover sky and council tax. All other bills are dealt with as and when (roughly another £20-30/month for water and electricity).

The room is huge with double bed, chest of drawers, desk and waredrobe. The landlord also lives next door and anything we need is always sorted quickly.
