I like to make sure any maintenance issues are resolved ASAP and as I live locally (just 1 mile from the house), I am always prepared to make myself available should the need arise. I have been a landlord for over 10 years and I am kind, courteous and respectfully to my tenants who I enjoy the interacting with.
