Looking for single female preferably. The household consists of two cats so it would be great if you also loved animals! They are very friendly.

The house comes with a garden, you have full use of the living room (which includes a peloton bike and a smart tv), shared bathroom and kitchen (equipped with your personal fridge/freezer & plenty of storage space plus shared use of all the appliances including an air fryer and coffee machine).

The house is 10 minutes away from Mill Hill Broadway Overground Station (which takes you to Kings Cross St Pancras in 20 minutes). Also 20 mins walk / 8 mins bus ride away from Colindale (Northern Line) which takes 25 mins to get into Central London.

The broadway is 10/12 mins walk which has M&S, a small Tesco, convenience stores, salons and other stores.

All bills included, £920 per month.
Deposit is 5 weeks’ rent, £1,061.54.

My current tenant is sadly leaving on 8th October as she is moving to be with her family, she lived with me for 3 years and is happy to provide a reference.
