Large bright double room for rent in a great flat

After 2 years I am leaving a lovely flat in Mortlake. The flat is over the road from the river Thames and a stones throw from some great pubs, restaurants and shops. 15 mins walk from Barnes village and Richmond Park. 5 minutes walk from Barnes Bridge Station and 15 minutes walk from Mortlake station. There is also a bus stop right out side which heads to Putney, Hammersmith and Richmond.

The room is a very large double, bright, spacious with loads of storage - built in wardrobes and cupboards. The Flat has a large lounge area and large kitchen with dining table. It is full of period features, huge windows, fireplaces and high ceilings. The room can come furnished or unfurnished.

The 2 remaining flatmates are Laura, who is an architect from Italy and has been living in the flat for 4 months and Lauren, a museum curator, who has lived in the flat for 3 years years. Both of lovely, sociable and friendly.

The new contract will be in place from the 11th August when the room will be available. It will be a year term, but flatmates can leave before this if necessary if they find a replacement flat mate.

The room rate is £680 per month and an additional £100 to cover bills. Deposit is £1020 (1 1/2 times the rent)
