1 room to rent in Mortlake

Hi everyone,

After 8 years leaving in my beloved flat in Mortlake, I have now decided to move in with my partner so I'm looking for someone to rent my room in a 3 bedroom flat that I share with a lovely married couple from Brazil and Slovakia.
The room is a good size double bedroom, bright with a large built-in wardrobe and a very handy sink. The flat has a big living room and a separate kitchen.
My flatmates rent the 2 other rooms so there is plenty of space to not be in each other way.
The flat is a few minutes walk from Mortlake station in zone 3 with direct train to Richmond (6 mn) Waterloo (23mn) and Clapham Junction (10mn). It's a great location 10 min walk from Richmond Park and 5 min from the river.

The room is available from the 25th of April. The rent is £443, with bills it's around 530 pounds, very good value for the area.
My flatmates are very friendly, tidy and respectful and they are looking for a professional who will make it their home. No students please!
