Looking for a clean individual to join two great flatmates. We regularly cook for each other and all share cleaning duties. We have a nice balance of being social with one another but also appreciate alone time. Plus we have an adorable cat. LGBT-friendly household.

1st-floor terraced flat with access to a private back garden. We have a nice washer-dryer. Plenty of kitchen supplies. We also have a simple exercise bike. Street parking available, permitted needed.

Room available furnished - if you'd like the leaving flatmate's bed (with drawers) and bedside tables please let us know. She's willing to sell cheap.

Current flatmate is moving back to the states. We will need someone to replace her on the contract from 1 May 2021 (through Dexters), this is who deposit and referencing will need to be done through.

10 mins walk from both Mortlake and Barnes Bridge stations. Sainsbury's local, Tesco Express, M&S and Waitrose all within 15 min walk.
