The property has a modern kitchen & dining room with all essential mod cons including a washing machine. There is a good amount of space to relax and eat in the kitchen/diner. There is a modern bathroom with bath & shower.

I am a man who works full-time from home. I have lived in the area for nearly 15 years and enjoy all it has to offer: river walks, Richmond Park, Barnes Green and Common, local shops.

There are plenty of local restaurants and pubs with good food. Apart from independent shops we have Sainsbury's local, Tesco Metro, M&S Food Hall and a larger Waitrose in East Sheen.

I am looking to rent the room to a professional aged 35+ (no students) who needs a mid-week base. Preferably a reasonably tidy person!
