This is a furnished bedroom welcome for any persons, it is close to many transport links including buses, mortlake station and Richmond centre 15 min walk away. Very safe and touristy area.

This apartment has a beautiful shared kitchen and bathroom and has 2 other rooms up for rent. There is a eastern european couple next door and 2 kazakstani guys the door next to it, all the roomates are welcoming and friendly, very kind environment.

All utilities come with the price including hot water, electricity, internet, heating and council tax.

i am not a complicated landlord, you don't need any contract to live here, just pay the 300 pound deposit and pay the rent on time every month and that's all.
