Bill are not included, and come to an additional £150 per month give or take a few quid (got to love that council tax).

The room is furnished, however a few bits have been left behind from previous tenants so you can swap out or remove by your own discretion.

Its a stunning area with great parks, cafes and small businesses nearby. There's easy access to Hammersmith, Waterloo, Vauxhall and Clapham Junction that get's you into central, with a bus stop directly outside the house with a night bus to central (which is handy on a night out!)

We're a friendly flat that appreciates our own space as we're all working professionals who are out and about often, however the shared living space is a great hang out spot for a catch-up and chat.

One of us is hybrid WFH during the week, but there's plenty of space between our rooms and shared living space for multiple people to be WFH at once without issue. Another is a freelancer who is in an out often, with the third being in the office full time.

We're looking for a tidy, respectful individual who will look after the flat with us and treat it as a home. We're not a party flat (- special occasions!) as the area is residential with a lot of families nearby, so please do keep in mind when considering to move in.

This is not a 420 friendly household.
