3 Bedroom flat to share (Mortlake/Richmond Area)

Hello everyone,

I’ve been happily living in this lovely flat for the past year and two months, but unfortunately, I’ll be moving out soon. I’m looking for someone to take over my room until the tenancy ends in September, with the possibility to extend the contract beyond that.

You’ll be sharing with a professional male from Brazil, friendly, tidy, and easygoing.

About the Flat:
• 3 bedrooms (my room, one occupied by my flatmate, and one guest room not in use, it will be a total of 2 tenants)
• £875/month + bills (around £130–£150 per person, including internet)
• Parking available for residents
• Excellent transport links:
• Right beside Mortlake Train Station (easy access to Central London)
• 10 mins’ walk to Barnes Station
• 10 mins’ drive to Richmond Tube Station
• 15 mins’ drive to East Putney Tube Station

Who we’re looking for:
A professional (male or female) who is respectful, clean, and easy to live with.

Standard reference checks will apply, please be prepared to provide ID/right to rent, recent payslips, and references.
