Double room in spacious Mortlake flat

I’m looking for a friendly, like-minded flatmate to rent a double bedroom for around three months in my spacious flat, just 5 minutes from Mortlake station.

It’s a bright and spacious flat with a separate kitchen and living room, plenty of storage in the bedroom, and a good-sized garden (currently shared with the neighbour but looking to be split in near future).

The bedroom itself is a good-sized double with lots of storage, and you’ll share one bathroom with me.

The location is great, just a short walk to the river and Richmond Park, with lots of great local pubs, cafes and shops nearby, and easy transport links into central London.

I’m 29 and recently bought the flat, so I’m looking for someone who’ll treat it like a home rather than just a crash pad. I work in ESG in private equity, in the office four days a week and from home on Fridays.

Outside of work I love travelling, running, horse riding, long walks (especially in Richmond Park), and exploring new parts of London. I enjoy trying new pubs and restaurants, relaxed evenings in, and the occasional glass of wine after work.

It’s definitely not a party house, but I’d love to live with someone sociable who’s up for the odd pub trip, a catch-up in the evening, or a weekend brunch.
