Large Double Room in Friendly Flatshare

The flat is located on Mortlake High street, between Barnes Bridge station and Mortlake station, both within 10 minutes walk. It is also a 20-minute bus ride to Hammersmith. The room itself is a medium size double which is in good conditions and has a bedside table, a chest of draws and a wardrobe. Utility bills (water, council tax, gas, electricity and internet) come to max £140 a month but often less (around £120).

The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge/freezer, gas hob and fan oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and a small tumble dryer. We have a fast broadband connection and a nice living room space that we use to socialise. There is on-street parking but you will need to buy a parking permit (approximate cost: £30 for 6 months).
