Large double room available to rent for single occupancy in a 3 bedroom house. It has a desk, king size bed and storage as per photo.

I am living in the property with my son - 4. 2nd room is occupied by a tenant. I work from home while my son goes to school. The room is on the 2nd floor. It is a large house and the other room are spaced far apart on 3 levels and the room is on the top level. There is the main bathroom on 1st floor next to the 2 other rooms. There is also an extra toilet on ground level next to the kitchen. Outside space in the garden is available. The house is cleaned by me.

Close to bus stops and train station - Grove Park, which is 15 mins walk away. Looking for a quiet and tidy person who preferably works day time hours.
